On Friday 9th January, a crew from Aylesbury Fire Station came to visit Year 5 with one of their fire engines.
On Thursday, the whole of Year 4 went to Princes Risborough Secondary School to take part in 'Dance in a Day' which was led by Year 9 students.
What an incredible morning it was seeing the corridors filled with all sorted of sweet treats!
On Thursday, Years 5 and 6, were given the opportunity to visit the SEALR site and find out information regarding the new road and about safety on construction sites.
In the Autumn Term 2025, Stoke Mandeville Combined School will be holding a series of Open Events for parents of children due to start Reception in September 2026.
On Tuesday 15th July we were visited by 'Circus Sensible' who gave a performance to the whole school in the morning, followed by two lessons in circus skills to each class throughout the day. The classes then had an opportunity at the end of the day to share their new skills with the rest of the school!
This week some of our staff were able to represent the whole team at the third annual Buckinghamshire School Awards.
On Friday 6th June our school celebrated diversity and focussed the day's learning on Deaf Awareness.
On Saturday 7th June, members of our Signing Choir were invited to join in with St. Mary's Church Gift Day fundraising.
On Tuesday, a selection of children from Year 2 were visited by Bucks Radio to record a special feature called the ‘Bucks Bear Cubs’.
